Hello Hello!

Happy belated Thanksgiving! This was my fit and I regret wearing these high waisted pants. They were definitely unbottoned by the end of the day haha but they were cute so I had to wear them. I went for a fall color look. Casual, then dressed it up with a white pump.

T-shirts are the new blouses. If you can’t find a cute top, blouse, or something that would go with your fit, always resort to a simple tee. Can’t go wrong with it because it’s an everyday timeless piece. A t-shirt is classic!

Lately I have been dressing from my t-shirt. It’s a blank canvas and you get to ask yourself what you get to do with it. Wear pants, jeans, skirt, leggings? It’s a staple necessity to work off of when you can’t figure out what to wear.

Pieces ~

T-shirt : For Days Heritage 90s Crop - So this brand started selling at my job and I HAD TO COP. I’m a t-shirt person for sure and the concept is pretty dope. It’s basically a t-shirt subscription. You purchase your tees and you can refresh them anytime for 8 dollars. You’ll always have fresh shirts! Click the link to learn more about the brand. They recycle and the shirts are 100% organic cotton. Currently in NY and they’ll open up a shop in LA.

Cullottes : My favorite store in the world ~ Muji (:

Heels : Steve Madden

Purse : Mom’s from 80s. Love my totes and thrift store purses. I find that they have more character.

So I’m home for Thanksgiving and I’m really so happy to be back in the Bay. I definitely have much more of an appreciation for home and family. Happy to be spending time with my loved ones and I wouldn’t trade the fun and crazy moments with them for the world. My family is one chaotic one but we really are full of nothing but love. And my friends too, so happy to be catching up. It’s crazy how I had to leave my life out in the Bay but making time for my peeps is what I will never forget to do. I moved out of my house before but moving to the other side of a country is really a different story. Love nyc, but HOME will always be the Bay Area. I’m thankful for the simple things, inspiring conversations, and passions that people share with me. I’m thankful for love, support, and all the challenges that help me grow. I’m thankful for plants, dogs, the ability to run, and the ability to create. Simple.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families.

Quote of the day ~

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

Talk to you soon,
